A-and-B - I have Paint as well but have found that image manipulation in
certain file formats is better suited to different programs.
My Paint program seems to mess up my reds in jpg format as an example but handles bmp format quite nicely.

sam444 - one of the hidden values of being a regular contributor to a forum
such as Blogit, is that it will inevitably improve a person's computer literacy.
If a conscious effort is made to do a bit of investigating, enquiring and attempts at new things, it is surprising how much knowledge can be accumulated. After being here for 4 years, my computer literacy has grown exponentially from the day I first arrived.
