DEar Chris, I am used to farm work...this farmboy grew up on family-operated but commercial sized banana and citris orchards (with some delicioius mango) in South Africa. It's the cold that is new comapred to my tropical Verulam/Tongaat or wider DURBAN area in KwaZulu-Natal province. Shalom and I am getting less yoga time but plenty of exercise. God knows, my heart is stronger and so are my arms, chest, legs....shall I stop there? SHALOM
