That is a pretty good thing to do, but the media portrays the candidates as they want to. You have to really dig down beyond the big media to see how the candidates stack up, what they say, what they do and such. I guess we all need to seek out a range of news that will give us a clear picture of the candidates. It takes time but if we are serious about getting a good person in office we must do it.

I hope people listen to what the...
...candidates are actually saying, not the media. The media spins everything and is not to be trusted. I've learned more about each candidate by listening to their own words than from any other source.

Well, TAPS, we have to listen, but we also have to dig ourselves to find out about these candidates. You will never get the straight and narrow from or big media for the most part. The big media leans to the left and won't bring anything out too bad about the Democrats while they try to crush the GOP.
