get on car and hit somewhere.....so please see a doctor....or see a hypnotherapist.

I fell asleep on my car and had an accident, lucky I ran in to a farm......but didn't hurt any one, but damaged a brand new car...

another thing, take chewing gum, icecubes etc with you......hope you will be fine. I will say a prayer for you every day ....

I use to commute
78 miles one way, about an hour and a half commute the traffic helped, talking on the phone (hands free) helped but being the music lover that I am I cranked the stereo up.  Other times as crazy as it sounds I would carry on conversations with myself for example if I was having a problem at work or at home I would work it out in the car alone. It sure made my days go better many times. It was away of releasing alot of tension and stress. Good Luck to uou
