This reading was a synchronicity for me as well. I have had stomach problems all my life and recently learned that ulcerative colitis has affected many members of my family.

Natural Alternatives to treating Ulcerative Colitis

It's interesting I came across this article at this time in my life because I was diagnosed last week with One of the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. It's either Ulcerative Colitis or Chrones Disease. They took a specific blood test last Tuesday to find out which one and My doctor still has not got the results. I have an inflammed small intenstine and narrowing in the small intenstine. I'm taking sulfer antibiotics which seem to control the bleeding. I know I have to eat a very lowfat diet and no dairy products and also no citris fruits of any kind. I don't have an appetite at all since I've been sick with this(Since January 11th). Two years ago I was supposed to follow up with another colonoscopy and a Gastro doctor but my health insurance got cut off. Any input about this matter is appreciated. My e-mail address is sunset5800@yahoo.com

Thank You

Joanna
Changing one's diet can do wonders AND changing one's life style, de-stressing can do wonders. When I was 28 years of age, the Hospital wanted to take my colon out...I lived on Pizza and burtito's and Doughnuts and hell, no wonder. Eat God's fresh foods. Be ture to your body and it will be true to you. Great post.

I have
researched alternative medicine for over 20 years. I try to share what I know with others to jumpstart their own research. I consult with local alt. health practices in Illinois.
