Self-promotion
is excusable if it's paid for.  That's called advertising.  Otherwise, it's bragging.  But it has been said that "It ain't bragging if it is true."  So far I've seen mostly bragging in the blogs of BN's shameless self-promoters.

good point. I've considered leaving several times and perhaps theres a handful of people I'd miss reading their scribbles, but the rest of it, no chance!

I thought your "I am not a writer" blog title was so-called to throw people off the scent, as an anti-pretension measure.

I'm sure it is obvious that I am the untamed and untrained writer. Someday...I can only dream as I sell bus parts:) Take care!
