The food fee for wounded soldiers have been in place since 1981.
You're right about the large bureaucracy. My wife was activated in March, she's a Navy Reservist.
They over-paid her over $900.00.
The military through their size have lost her medical records over the years and have made some big mistakes and the mistakes go both ways, good and bad.
The media has found something wrong in everything that has occured militarily since Bush took over, from Jessica Lynch to Afghanistan; From Bush is waiting too long to Bush is rushing to war; From Bush is spending too much on the military to Bush hasn't spent enough and the sacrificial soldiers aren't getting what they need.
Why doesn't the military do a piece on how military members get over-paid? And where does this sudden interest and sympathy for soldiers come from??? I'm glad it's there but I have to wonder about the motive behind it.
