Agree
You have obvious opinions regarding politics & world issues.... but I agree with all of them!

Like with so many things, Chyrlann, it is the interest level of something
that engages the person. For whatever reason, politics and such hold no interest for you, so you tend to go foggy. You don't see any relative importance. I do the same thing when people start to go into the minutiae of their daily routines or thier jobs. Unless there's a hook in there, I'm gone...

I wished, so much I could wrap my brain around this stuff. I'm politically
inept and challenged, honestly...I try really hard to retain information, watch new casts regarding current world issues and it hits me like a fog right between the eyes, I'm glazed over, confused and can't retain a single thing I try to take in. Why do you think that is?

Everyone in America should have this discussion before the next
presidential election and not make the mistake of electing an imbecilic used car salesman to steer the foreign policy of this country. Iraq is a mess, the Iran situation is a joke, the Palestinian thing was left untended and they now wish to use it as legacy fodder, Russia and China are thumbing their noses at us, and Korea is finally coming into line because they're falling apart (no thanks to Bush and the bobbleheads). The entire world, except for Australia (and perhaps Canada) hates us. Yeah, I think this calls for someone strong on foreign policy issues. Perhaps Joe Biden. At least, he could be the vice-presidential running mate.
