- Go to Liberals Don't Speak For Average Americans Anymore!
By George, I Think You Have Finally Got It!
I wonder when the liberals ever did speak for average Americans?! It is so nice to see a post like this when someone finally comes to this old conclusion.
First, I would like to say that I am a diehard conservative Republican.
Second, I would like to say that if there is still anyone out there who thinks ANY politician (Dems or Republicans) really cares for you then I have some lovely ocean front property in Nebraska to sell to you. If you have not stumbled upon this revelation yet then you are clueless. It kills me when I hear John Edwards talks about being poor when he was a child as his Dad worked in a mill. What Bullsh$t! My Dad worked in the same company or mill that Johhny boy's Dad did and trust me we were not poor and Johnny's Dad held a higher position than my Dad did and we were not poor. There are very few people in this nation today who really know what poor is all about.
Third, can you really say that Ted Kennedy ever really cared about anyone? Politicians are rich. Most of them are lawyers. Get a grip! Liberals only care about destroying this nation.
Fourth, GREAT POST!!!!!

kooka summed it up for me as well, Wavy. Between your post and his
summation, that pretty much describes me as well.

I've been saying that for the most part the
Democrats and the Republicans are a lot alike.
They are equally corrupt and both are more or less
owned by big businesses and really care little for what is best for the people.
Now in general I will defend Democrats above Republicans, just because the
Democrats claim to have views closer to my own, but I am very much aware of just
how like the Republicans they really are.
