Mint chutney can be made in a blender with mint leaves, some onion, ginger, green/red chillies - if you lilke it hot - salt, pepper and some water. Blend furiously and also add some yogurt if you like. Let me know how it comes out if you decide to try it.

You always make me hungry. What is mint chutney. I am familiar with chutneys I make one this time of the year from cranberries but mint, sounds great. Yes I would love to see the photos.
