This was truly and deeply heart felt. The BIG question; Why are we here?
(I'm trying to be funny)....the proverbial question of all time regarding spirituality. Your views on Islam or any questions answered are always appreciated as well as your comments. But you are asking about what is appropriate for blogs; IT IS YOURS; whatever you wish it to be or dream it to be or make it to be, just as life. You are accountable to no one but YOU (& I believe your maker) but here in this world whether physical or cyberspace, you decide....it's only up to you. My opinion (& it's an opinion, that is why it is mine) is that you should write anything you need to write, particularly about depression or any other dilemma. I always thought that was what writing was for, since I was a child I have been spilling my heart and soul onto paper with pen. Maybe a diary or journal is meant to be private, but who are we writing to in that instance? We are putting our thoughts into black and white and reading them back to ourselves to help us understand our own feelings, our true heart. As a natural health and alternative healer, I particularly find overwhelming evidence in past entries regarding the state of my emotional, physical and mental health during certain times of my life, in the midst of trials and the after shocks of stress. These entries make it helpful for me to further deal with these type of circumstances when they arise in the future. Please, don't hesitate to drop tears, whine, beatch if you wish.........it is our option here to read if we wish. You are anonymous are you not? Besides, if anyone here is to cause you strife or turmoil, just BLOCK them and problem solved! Blessings to you dear one!

Some of both, lindo.
Whatever is appropriate for the day.  Only you will know which it is to be and when.

I think all of us blog for different reasons. Most importantly, it makes us comfortable to blog. Take care

Lindo, as one human to another, it is not your job to explain

your culture to those of us who don't understand. However, if you can be a good will ambassador in the world and bring about understanding and peace, it is a good thing.

As for nobody caring about your sadness -- we all tuck our heads under our own wings and seek more to be understood than to understand. I hope you will find someone close to talk to, and find joys to balance the sorrows.  :)pat
