I have been waiting for fiber optic to the home for over twenty years
We were supposed to get in Squirrel Hill when I went to grad school at CMU and it never happened. I am a bit busy now, but I will be checking in on FIOS...

Sounds like you had a most frustrating experience. I find it's always hard trying to explain something over the telephone or through emails. I dearly love my highspeed internet and wireless card. There was a time, when asked if I could only choose one item from my home, what would it be, I would have said the microwave. Now, of course, it's the wireless laptop.
