My son tried once to bathe Pitiful.  He never tried it again.  As he neared the tub, she went wild and ran up his arms over his shoulders and down his back leaving claw marks the whole way.  The best we can do is brush her a bit.

When they get tired of the food, they won't eat that much.

taps

it all depends-- this time we are lucky as the momma is a sweetheart and by keeping the momma  and the babies together-- the kittens will see people are  not bad-- usually we kennel the ferals and just spend time feeding them and talking to them-most come around with love and time.

We do have one house feral though- we have had her three years and we cannot touch her at all.... we tried everything but she was not going to like people-- she loves the cats and the cats love her.

Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played two,
He played knick-knack on my shoe.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played three,
He played knick-knack on my knee.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played four,
He played knick-knack on my door.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played five,
He played knick-knack on my hive.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played six,
He played knick-knack on my sticks.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played seven,
He played knick-knack up in heaven.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played eight,
He played knick-knack on my gate.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,

This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played nine.
He played knick-knack on my spine.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone.
This old man came rolling home.

This old man, he played ten.
He played knick-knack once again.
With a knick-knack, paddy whack,
Give a dog a bone.
This old man came rolling home.

riri, sounds like you have a job before you.
How long does it usually take one like that to adjust?   My kitty is a rescued feral feline, but it was very young when adopted.  Even at that, she has never lost some of her wild tendencies.
