I thought American's had cornered the market on commercializing X-mas. Let's all gag in unison as the Christmas marketing machine gears up earlier in earlier. It used to be everything was a go in the U.S. once Thanksgiving had passed. Now Halloween decorations (a hugely growing enterprise in itself) are sold side-by-side with Christmas decorations. AAAAAAarGH!

It's probably not the case but each year it seems as though shops drag our their Christmas stuff earlier and earlier.
