Our Society--Fast Paced Who Cares Attitude
Don't care too much? Such a work environment is face paced who cares attitude. You must have thick skin. Caring too much comes when we lose our own identity. It is great to care about people, but yes you can care too much to the point you lose yourself. However, in your situation, caring a little can go a long way in building relationships.
Sadly, our society has moved to the I could careless attitude philosophy. May God bless you in your efforts.
