Disruption is another of those LOADED words that people use! People who think they are the center of the world, choose to call other people's doings 'disruptive'. Can anti-war demonstrations be disruptive, if there is no bad behavior? That word often connotes that the 'accuser'  is superior! I say it is a lot of 'malarky'.

'Disruptive' is negative in nature. It could be done on purpose or with intention by doer(s) who has no stomach for other people's success.
