Hi SB, I do agree, in the sense it's not so much that some relationships are not worth retrieving but simply can't be. As for divorce, also this can be seen two ways, one as giving up or the other as a last resort, which means both parties at least tried. Personally I think it only happens on rare occasions where divorce is the first option chosen, it may well be inevitable but it's not the first choice etc, so again I could see that as still trying.
It's when people are not prepared to even try etc, though this whole relationship thing is a very individual element of life, and each I guess has it's own merits and circumstances to face.

Nice to read you again. Wars of Independence tell me that some kinds of relationships are not worth retrieving. Divorce tells me that people do give up! In other cases......maybe!
