Nan if the breathing gets really difficult it could be asthma nad needs to
be checked by your doctor. Try putting a few drops of tea tree oil on a handky and breathe in gently. It may help to dilate the airways. You may need soething stronger though if the chest feels really tight.

The dust settles in the lungs to be cleared away by the villi. The gases go into the blood stream... makes you feel stifled. When I need an oxygen boost, I gargle with hydrogen peroxide from the drugstore, diluted in water! Elizabeth Baker has a book on this.... The UN medical miracle OXYGEN.
