I had never heard of him when I saw this collection sitting on the library
shelf, FYS. I think the clincher was that it was a prize winner. I'm a sucker for prize winners. I always want to see if I can discern what set the winner apart from the rest. Which means, yes, I attempt to find and look over the contenders as well. This is why I have such a difficult time watching award shows. Being opinionated and informed leads me to choose sides and sometimes I get rather annoyed. But I digress. Nelson was a good find...
