Thanks! Finding the solution was only just the beginning of healing! It is hard to accept your child has a problem and when you get resistance from the people closets to you it is even harder! There were many days I felt like, not just throwing the towel in the bathtub, but throwing the baby out with the bath water!
After his first results from a clinical pshychologist came back and the second and the third, I would burst into tears of joy in the consulting rooms! It made everyday's fighting worthwhile!
Today I know why I (as a child) battled to much in school! I see a lot of the same signs in myself and I can't describe the relieve to realise that I'm not stupid, my brain just works the other way around!
