I am very sorry for your problems
but as a landlord who owns two houses and my own, I have to tell you that Landlords are people too with the same kind of money problems as everyone else... I have to pay mortgages every month on the houses I own... when someone doesn't pay rent, chances are I can't pay my credit cards, or even worse, feed my kids.
