Parents too tired, lazy, apathetic, busy to deal with their kids. An
educational system that relies on psychobabble to cover their ass. Children/adolescents doing whatever the hell they want with little or no consequences. No Child Left Behind doing nothing to promote (and an administration unwilling to fund what they've put on paper). It's a crying shame...
