Jesus the Christ, the Son of the Living God, is the difference that matters.  That is how Christians see him and worship Him.  Also, He is The Creator, The Light of the World, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.  Islamists see Jesus as a human only, a good man, a prophet.
