It is all too prevalent, AmMused. And there are a few things we can do to

alter or help eliminate these types of incidents, but they must begin early in the lives of these individuals that will one day "snap", as they say.  Total prevention is nigh unto impossible.  Evil has its ways of circumvention...

Horrible things are happening everywhere and I believe that most of us feel powerless to stop them.  It almost seems that no matter what we do, this devastation is rampant.  Depressing.  AmMused
