I agree, mama_joy
I never realized, though, until this summer, how many mosquitoes that hummingbirds eat. This was the first year that I hung hummingbird feeder on my deck and lots of the hummers accepted my invitation. I did this around the end of June and before long, the horrible pesky mosquitoes that I hate, began disappearing.
