There are guys out there that are smart enough to realize you're worth breaking down quite a few walls. You've got the right idea, though; your child comes first.

I have a feeling you won't be alone forever. Some of us are meant to be, but others aren't. I don't think you're one of "us!" He who breaks down the walls will be lucky. Hopefully he will earn it and be worth it!  :)

Girl, I can so relate.

Before I remarried, I was single for a very long time, and any relationship was strained because of my independence.  My husband now is actually pretty happy to have a strong, independent woman in his life  (for the most part--he is still a man, after all ).... so don't worry, they're out there.

However, don't close up your heart. I have decided I need to give love a second (or 10th, LOL) chance because without the chance of love, how can we continue living? This doesn't mean you have to settle by all means, of course
