Well, I don't care if they don't let us enter Makkah their holy city, though I don't know what would they say if we wouldn't let enter non christians into Vatikan. But ohterwise you're right. But hey, what do you expect from a country where alcohol is forbidden?

I had a friend in Seattle who was born to a high-ranking Saudi family,
and they made the mistake of sending him to the U.S. for education. Moh decided early on that America's freedom suited him much better than the wealth and power that would have been his if he returned. He renounced his Saudi citizenship, and when his wife wanted to return, he kept his son and sent her back. As a teacher, he was able to refute propaganda about US-Saudi relations, what was behind political events, etc., and eventually got himself on one of those lists. His family has renounced him, and if he ever sets foot in his homeland, he will disappear. He has no regrets.
