No, I'm pretty sure it's not malevolent. I've been up close and personal with "evil" entities, and this was not like that at all. I get nothing but positive "vibes" during these events.

I disagree that it's something or someone who is evil. I believe that spirits come to those who have a open mind for such things and although this spirit may not even be someone you knew it could be that they have a message or want to get a message to someone else. Perhaps rather than being rattled by the experience, listen closely. The voice may be gruff but the message could very well be gentle.

Always interesting and I'm happy my ex FIL isn't tapping on my shoulder 'cuz he was the personification of evil. Perhaps that's why I've had so many troubled people come to visit, my friend Ian D (psychologist)says 'they' need to hear something from me.
I too listen for that silent voice and know when it's from God, and I know when it isn't.

Sannhet, sometimes God speaks in the small still voice. Sometimes God pokes your shoulder and speaks in a loud voice. You can feel the truth of the benevolence or malevolence of the message bearer. You know the truth of the matter. Moon

It is evil! It has happened to me too many times. Poking is one thing, with voice is another. It is an evil being, dead maybe! Related to you, I doubt! Maybe I will do a post next week explaining!
