Well said
To bring out the best in others we must display our best. While it might seem easy to attain honour, maintaining it is far from simple.
There are, and always will be temptations to cast honour aside and take the simple route to pleasure and success. Success without honour is empty and fruitless leaving one to continue driving oneself onward hoping to find that joy which comes freely when honour is fullfilled.

Re: I do also wonder !
And how do you wonder may I ask? What do you wonder about in particular?

Re: Oh yes, I wonder
Honour is very stately I think. It speaks to me of something very decent in a person. Something not so unattainable that even mere mortals like me can have a shot (or at least "attempt" a shot) at doing something in our lifetime that we believe, supports, nurtures and encourages not only ourselves but others to bring out the best in us and others.

Oh yes, I wonder
honour is a pleasant thing. You are after all nothing more than your word, if your word is worthless you attain nothing.
All the wealth in the world is nothing more than dust in the end, it is what you and I see when we look into our own souls that matters when the rooster crows.
