You seem to have covered your bases! Make sure the seeds are traditional varieties, even those obtained from past crops. These bastards are into seed production in a big way! Thanks!

Hey SB...
This was a great series.  You've reaffirmed here why I garden with compost, scratch cook and can myself!

Re: Doesn't Amy's Kitchen make soups, too?
Most likely, the list wasn't very comprehensive! But watch Campbells. I have no word on Maggi soups. That'd be one to check. The manufacturer is a Guide! I like my soups made by me! Thanks!

Re: Re: Re: soulbuilder101
Try the Organic farms, read the labels...usually a non-gm producer will have other name brands. You have to really shop to get good food!

You haven't heard of any of the GM brands! Ever heard of Coke, Campbells soup, Heinz ketchup? You have!

You have to be neurotic to survive the grocery store!
Great to see someone vigilant with food. I could have a very extensive conversation that would last days on the topic! Thanks for the list!

Antonio.....
Thanks! It is really crazy to be dodging food like this, but it must be done! And I didn't get to Chewing gum laden with aspartame or other excito-toxins or Ice Cream with its milk and soya additives and splenda! The trick is to entice you to eat and continue buying their products. I stopped all processed cereals long ago. Everyone has to dig deeper and really come up with day to day answers. Kids have to be stopped from drinking and snacking as much as they do. they have to be made aware!

Looks like I've missed out on alot of info here...
must go back and read.

Not familiar with the brands, but the message got thru OK!
I don't buy Kelloggs cereals - they're so obviously treated with whatever to make them brightly coloured and crunchy. Too crunchy in my opinion.
