I actually love tofu.
I didn't used to, I thought it tasted horrible, but then I cooked with it, and loved the results. I guess the first time I had it, I was really disliking the cooking of the person that prepared the dish, not the tofu itself.
I'll give this one a shot! Looks great!

Tofu taste
Like all foods, tofu is puke to some and yummy to others. Tofu is seldom eaten on its own as it has a beany taste. But when put into soups or casseroles it absorbs the taste from its surroundings. It should also be eaten fresh. Old tofu tastes bad, like eating rotten fish. Don't give up, make another try. It might not be so bad next time around.

The only problem I have with tofu is that it doesn't taste good.
My mother got offended that I used the word "puke",
but to me, that's what her dinner tasted like.
