Jesus is God-in-the-flesh (John 1:1-18) but he spoke as the men of his times would. This is consistent with Paul's idea of his self-emptying (Phil. 2:6-11). Thus when he told stories he was no different from the best story tellers of his time.

forgive me I don't understand, you say jesus was no different than the story tellers of his time. I believe, just as I think you believe, jesus was god in the flesh is that not correct / spinner
