That was good of to share. Another meaning that derives from her being the Goddess of all forms of knowledge is that Saraswati is Sa Ras Vati, steeped in the nectar - the nectar of true learning.

actually, the goddesses on earth are now the film stars and beuaty queens. In the old days there was such a strong connection between the natural elements and gods and goddesses. I guess now we have technology and money.

Well recounted. We do not seem to have these goddesses on earth right now. Maybe be in the internal world yes. Is the peacock symbolic of krishna and another... I forget his name!
