Been there, done that.....it won't kill you....and compared to the horrible sinus problem, it's the least of yours'.... and I completely understand about not wanting to go through the whole sheet changing thing...."ain't no big deal".....Lysol takes care of most things!

The sinus thing could stem from dustmites -- in your bed. I take
Lysol or Febreze allergen reducer sprays to the mattress and pillows every time I wash the sheets, and it seems to help those sniffles and headaches... As for the cat... how'd it get between the sheets to place it's little souvenir? you're right. ewww!
