Thanks for your effort! I have actually been forced to become fairly knowledgeable about all that stuff, but it's all so damn tedious, and I'll be dealing with it for at least another year yet...

I'm glad you got through it! It's not the most exciting topic in the world, but my "public service" persona jumped out when I read the comments in Nautikos' blog. I hope you're not dealing with bodily pain....just the metal/plastic kind....
