If it was consensual, he shouldn't have even received probation, actually. The charges should have been dropped entirely.
One time, I was stopped for speeding, and the cop was going to let me off with only a warning ... but then, as I attempted to drive away, I accidentally backed into his cruiser.
He was really nice about it, though.
When you're ten years old, and a car drives by
and splashes a puddle of water all over you,
it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that
or try to go home and change and probably be late.
So while she was trying to decide,
I drove by and splashed her again.
