Have you seen the 1967 movie, "To Sir With Love?" It was one of the first movies Jay and I saw together (it didn't get to our small town until 1968). By finally reaching them at their own level did he capture their attention. I have had such classes. I could go through and I say that kid reminds me of "Jerry," and there's "Cecilia." Your story reminded me of times like yours. Best of years to you as you start this new school year!
