Thank you so very much for both these comments. I do appreciate them I don't know how I got the wrong name on the response, but I did. I can do all sorts of mix ups. If you have need of one to discombobulate just call me. Again than you for the kind comments.

Thanks. My husband is a whiz with numbers in any manner. He is a musician, writes both lyrics and music and says music is an art of numbers. He may be right there I am totally tone deaf. In design I had to learn to use a lot of math; however, I got so much of it from instinct rather from a pure numbers things. I don't like them.

Not simply kindness, dear Justi..a real reaction
You 'poet' powerfully and beautifully! ...touches the truths of many artists, imho..numbers, measurement are so dry, unimaginative and dull in terms of creativity, but realistically, oh so necessary, of course. (my experience; math classes always gave me terrors, lol) This poem illustrates the conflict, struggle (for lack of better words) inherent in balancing both worlds. Excellent!
