Are you obligated to make surprise visits to the foster homes to make sure they aren't secretly mistreating the animals when no one's looking?
Because what if, for instance, they are beating the dogs and cats with rubber hoses (so it doesn't leave a mark)?

I had to give away my kitty
I could only keep one pet and I picked Piky, my doggie because he was much more sensitive. I'll have to write a blog about that but anyway, you got such cute kitties!
