You have a very interesting blog here. Most people associate with the owls' prey and therefore fear the owl. Strange how the most dangerous of all predators who consume tons of animal flesh every moment on a global scale don't seem to notice their own predatory nature. This reminds me of my mom who hated a large bird that lived in her garden (a vleiloerie, no idea what the English name is) because he lived of other birds eggs, but she herself loved chicken eggs.
