Everything is logged and done correctly.
I am miffed the officer did not take the guy in right away. My wife was ticketed a few months ago for not having the registration\tax certificate on her window. We had paid, but were lazy and never put it on. She before the full brunt of the law for her actions.

In the world of insurance claims, right doesn't always make might...
I hope you've got CSI photos. If not, it might be useful to grab a camera and take photos of the scene and your truck, before street dept. neglect or weather changes it.

I hate to do this but............
the other side who is totally wrong does not want to do anything. The guy who pulled in front of me has and has no insurance has to bear the brunt of this, but he is not even in any danger right now.
