Well done Mariaki - I increasingly see the value of this.

If there is a problem with it, i think it can be from more successful or powerful people who simply don't need to forgive or forget. They become spoiled and egotistical and have less to gain from being more tolerant. But that isn't meant as a criticism of this ideal, something we should all strive for.

Many people find forgiveness a challenge (although 'm not sure why).  Holding onto hatred or grudges or blame can be such a waste of time.  Good solid thoughts expressed in your poem.
