Re: Living_Life_Large - Okay, you start. What does your husband think?
Hormones scare him.  He hasn't said, but I think he knows they're uncontrollable!

Meditation, exercise and diet are the best remedies.  I just can't listen to whatever my mind is telling me when THEY are moaning!

Re: Living_Life_Large - I am going through that, too, on top of everything
Yes, and we should talk about it more.  Women (and men) don't openly talk about PMS, perimenopaus or menopause.  It's such taboo.  Let's bring it out into the light and let it heal!

else.  The sweats, the mood swings (exacerbated) and haven't had my monthly since mid-June.  One day, I will be done and that sun will shine more coherently.

If I ever found someone sitting in my special writing chair ...

I'd try to sneak up, and slowly tip the chair to the side ... until the person fell out.

"But I like to be here.
Oh, I like it a lot!"
