Thanks Mneme, Katherine and Mary - I've had two OK nights now.
Hope you have to. Katherine - a drink is what's needed when dehydrated, especially.

Tony
Join the club.. I have been waking at four or five, for weeks now. By mid-morning I think it's lunchtime.. maybe I'll try a poem or two, I have been very slack lately. Meanwhile, you seem to just keep churning out the good'uns.

Thanks to all of you - your comments are appreciated.
And Soul Builder, yes, that must be the reason - dehydration must impair sleep after a few hours, I reckon.

Hope you're a bit more comfortable today.
I sympathize with your plight. I'm dripping all over my keyboard right now. My tin box on wheels that passes for a home these days is also a sweatbox on wheels. And the weather girl promised me milder temperatures today!
