Here is your spanish version... I must say it's great!

¿Y no oyes

con los tímpanos del amor

mi voz desnudo a través del vació

sobre millas de aire indiferente?

No hay coro, ni banda

ni orquestra que

me acompaña mi melodía

de soledad

Pero sabiendo lo que no puedo,

con gran humildad te canto

del corazón, esperando

postrarse en tu pecho.

Re: From the heart, awesome!
Thank you, JM!

Just curious, noting your occupation, would this translate well into Spanish?  The meter is primarily iambic with occasional anapests in a 2-2-4-4 stanzas.  Of course the thought and images are primary, but the regular meter sets the rhythm and mood.

Thanks,
Carl Peter
