Holy Grail, I bought the book a couple of weeks ago; process was smooth
and timely. On checking the abebook site today, I see the same thing you describe. I don't know why; I have e mailed Wiley to let him know. Hopefully he can get it resolved soon; I will let you know or maybe he will soon. Thank you - and you will love his work!
