I understand....
I've had far to many of those types of nights over the years. I have a pretty good understanding of what your going through. I know what causes the nightmares I have, that helps me to find a way to fight back. Theres not much advice I can give you until you discover what the cause of your nightmares is all about....please try to sleep well....
