thank you for your prayers we all need more of that . we all have shakles these things that i write about are not nessaseraly mine, shackles that is but,i am bound by the flesh like a boulder is tied to a trickling stream. even king david had chains but god loved him so. thank u again and may god bless even your shadow. spinner

Yes, it was a couple of years between the two. I don't usually take the time when inspiration strikes unless it's about someone important to me. Hoping to change that.
I was watching some home videos a couple of days after granddad died (he had cancer and really went downhill quickly in the last month so I had already said goodbye a week before - it was too sad to keep going back and seeing him sick like that, I couldn't do it anymore). And I was just remembering all the good memories - most of them with him behind the camera though, but it made me laugh and made me cry and then I just wrote this poem about 2am that night. It was quite theraputic really.
Have you had someone close to you die?
