Breathing in and out

I tried this exercise last night as I tried to get to sleep. I made up some of my own...

breathe in joyful..breathe out cranky

breathe in graceful...breathe out clumsy

breathe in sleepy...breathe out chatter

breathe in grateful..breathe out gimme

breathe in accepted..breathe out isolation

breathe in now...breathe out yester-morrow!
