more corporate stupidity
Someone at J&J has lost their marbles (not that uncommon in the corporate world these days). I cannot see how they can claim that the symbol is unique to their business.
This is going to end up in a media circus I bet, they will have to withdraw their claim, and end up looking like fools.
Whatever happened to common sense?

What I miss most in the world today is some sort of rational thinking. This is not taking away trade from J&J and it is a symbol of Charity all over the world. Crazy and crazy can be.

This makes no sense and quite frankly I can't see the ARC without it's red cross...I think you posed a great solution, but don't expect the J&J executives to "get it"..
